1000 SF to 2000 SF                $1000 / year
2000 SF to 3000 SF                $1500 / year
3000 SF to 4500 SF                $2000 / year
4500 SF and Over                  $2500 / year

Plan Includes:

~  Check & Secure Property Before & After a Storm (Digital Photos E-mailed to
Owner For Peace of Mind)

~  First Line of Response for Fire/Security Alarms

~  Property Inspections Conducted Bi-Monthly (every other week) for;

     *    Water Leakage
     *    Plumbing / Electrical Checks
     *    Thermostat Checks
     *    Inspect Home Exterior (Roof, Siding, Soffits, Gutters)
     *    Fuel (Oil/Propane) Level Checks (if Needed)
     *   Animal Infestation
     *   Vandalism/Theft
     *   Filters (HVAC) Checks/Changes Monthly
     *   Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector Battery Check and  Replace              
     *   Light Bulb Checks and Replacement as Needed
     *   Coordinate Estimates & Repairs As Needed
~  Monthly Written Reports (or sooner as necessary)
